Access Financial Group, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Victor Chigas and Richard Konst, who have over 70 years of combined experience in the brokerage industry.

Victor Chigas, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chigas entered the brokerage industry in 1967. Previously, he was Managing Director, Senior Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors at Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. from 1988 to 1994. Mr. Chigas also served as a Senior Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert for 14 years.

Richard Konst, Vice Chairman
Mr. Konst started his career in the brokerage industry in 1972. Mr. Konst served as Managing Director and Senior Vice-President of Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. from 1988 to 1994, as well as President of Rodman Advisory Services, Inc. He was also a First Vice President for Drexel Burnham Lambert for 14 years. Mr. Konst is a Certified Financial Planner ™(CFP).

Victor John Chigas, President
Victor John Chigas entered the securities industry in 1983. Previously, Mr. Chigas was a vice-president at Rodman & Renshaw in the Interment Trust Services division. He also worked in the Options Trading department at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
